Maintenance Agreement

We are pleased to outline the comprehensive maintenance package we offer for your lawn care needs:
 

**Visit Frequency**
Year-Round Service, Billed Monthly
- March - November - Weekly visits
- December - February - Bi-Weekly visits
 

**Maintenance Package Includes**
- Mowing of Turf Grass
- String Trimming-Soft Edges and hard to reach locations
- Metal Edging- Hard Edges
- Spraying/Weeding Beds
- Shrubbery Trimming: As Needed
- Blowing of sidewalks, porches and walkways- including Fall Leaf Removal Does not include upper level Decks
-Necessary Winter Pruning and winter Lawn Sweeping
-Removal and clean-out of dog waste stations and bag replacement
-Turf Grass to be maintained at proper mowing height dependent on time of year and rainfall.
-Fire Ant Treatment as necessary
-Tree Trimming up to 12ft
-Proactive recommendations will be made often to ensure potential issues are addressed when noticed.
 

**Additional Information**
 

- Services will be provided within 1 day of the scheduled service date, barring any weather or equipment related delays.
 

Maintenance Contract agreement:
-Landscape Contractor will furnish all necessary labor, supervision, insurance, licenses and equipment necessary to perform services above.
-Customer shall pay all outstanding invoices by the 15th of each month. Any outstanding balance 60 days past completion will result in cancellation of services.
-Customer agrees to be transparent in notifying contractor of any dissatisfaction of services.
-Contract shall be in full effect for 12 months or until terminated by either party. 45 day cancellation policy will be effective.
-Landscape Contractor will provide all necessary proof of insurance and workman's compensation upon request. This policy will remain in effect in full force throughout the terms of this agreement.
-Contractor is responsible for all proper safety measures to their personnel.
-Renewal of this contract will automatically commence January 1st 2026 with all terms and conditions unless otherwise noted by client. Pricing is subject to reasonable change.
-Contractor agrees to perform all work in a safe and professional manner
-To approve this quote, please do so through your jobber portal

Project Agreement:

Expectations:

Po Boys shall furnish all equipment materials and labor necessary to complete the project above. All work is to be completed in a professional manner. Your project is guaranteed to be completed on schedule weather permitting. Collateral damage to your grass/landscape may or may not be included in your quote and will require additional repair cost if not otherwise noted on your estimate. Depending on the scope and machinery required, collateral damage may or may not occur. Any problems that may arise due to overly wet soil, Excavation issues, drainage issues, etc. shall be brought to the attention of the customer immediately. All projects will require a 15 day cancellation notice. Projects cancelled within 15 days of the scheduled start date will incur a 10% cancellation fee. 

Payment:

A 50% deposit will be required for projects over $10,000. The deposit will be due the week before your project is slated to begin. The final 50% is to be paid upon completion and invoicing. Invoices that are paid 15+ days late will incur a late fee of 10%. This estimate reflects your cost if paid via cash, check, or Venmo. If paid by credit card, the client will incur a 3% processing fee. If project is financed through Wisetack, the customer will incur a 3.9% processing fee.

Warranty:

All trees/shrubs are covered under our 6-month warranty, all annuals/perennials are covered under a 45 day warranty. This does not cover damage done by deer or wildlife. Sod is only guaranteed with the presence of a properly functioning irrigation system. It is common to have a few pieces of sod that do not survive, in this case, Po Boys will repair struggling sod even without the presence of an irrigation system.
